Determine Your Critical Dates On 1031 Exchanges

When performing a 1031 exchange, it is important that you be aware of your 45 and 180 timeline requirements. Use this calculator to make sure you are on track with your 1031 Exchange. On the 45th day your Qualified Intermediary must be notified in writing on this day of your Replacement property. On your 180th day is the last day for you to purchase and acquire title to your Replacement property.
