Nathan I. Leavitt, 24, graduated from Brigham Young University in Chinese after receiving an associates degree in Business Management from Utah Valley State College. Since then Nathan has worked with Discount 1031 Exchange, LLC (merged with and predecessor to 1031 Exchange Service Center, LLC) as a new business development administrator. During that time he has also worked with RealtyNet Advisors, Inc. as a consultant to 1031 exchange clients.
