Our Philosophy

Our founding principle is the belief that every investor should have the opportunity to own safe, profitable commercial real estate. This means a low minimum investment threshold, debt free properties, and no commission, brokerage fees, attorneys fees, or other charges. We use our own funds to acquire each property and relinquish complete control of a property to its owners when we sell it.

A RealtyNet property will always be:

  1. SAFE. Our properties will always be long term, single tenant properties, with triple net leases, and payment guarantees from large corporate sponsors.
  2. DEBT FREE. Link to debt free choice page
  3. Inexpensive. According to TICA (a non-profit, TIC trade organization), investors can lose up to 20% of their original investment to brokerage and legal fees, salesman commissions, and other charges and fees.
  4. SECURE. When you buy a RealtyNet property, you have complete control of your ownership. Most of our securitized competitors retain complete control over an asset, but we relinquish control to our buyers and never tell our buyers when or how to sell. Your investment is also real estate based, so your—unlike stocks and bonds—your assets is 100% real, physical property.
  5. A LONG TERM INCOME STREAM. Typically, the lease returns on our properties are between 7 & 8 percent per year, and are guaranteed by large, financially stable corporations.
  6. TREATED AS REAL ESTATE for taxation, sale, and other considerations. Ownership in a RealtyNet properties is basically no different than owning a duplex, condominium, or other investment property. Link: see
