Real Estate Tenant-In-Common (TIC) Services
Think SMART, Think BIG, Think SMART PROPERTIES (SM)

Finding the ideal real estate investment may be a difficult proposition, especially if you’re a small investor, but RealtyNet makes it simple & affordable. We believe that every investor deserves the opportunity to own a small part of commercial real estate; and through our sponsorship of low minimum investment, Tenant-in-Common (TIC) properties, just about anyone can be a part of something big.

RealtyNet makes it possible for the average investor to own commercial grade real estate through our Smart Properties (SM) Program. This program leverages our long-standing, professional relationships with credit worthy, financially stable corporations like Checker Auto & Family Dollar, and allows us to offer high quality properties at market price. We make these properties available to you by purchasing each property in its entirety, then making undivided, prorated shares available to the public in pro-rated shares of $50,000 and up.

When you buy a RealtyNet property, the transaction works exactly like it did when you bought your last home. The only difference is that instead of owning the entire property, you’ll receive a warranty deed for a smaller, prorated share of the property (or properties) you choose.

We invest millions of dollars in the purchase and resale of our properties, so it’s not easy to become a RealtyNet investment. Every property we purchase must pass a strict series of financial and physical assessments. After a series of internal and independent audits, RealtyNet selects those properties with the highest return potential and the most financially sound tenants.
