Gary Leavitt
Gary Leavitt, 54, is the founder of RealtyNet Advisors and a principal pioneer in the tenant-in-common (TIC) Industry. His experience spans more than 12 years of Tenant-in-common experience, and nearly 30 year s of financial advisory and asset management experience. He received a B.S. in Behavioral Science from Brigham Young University and has completed the requisite coursework for an M.S. in Counseling from Oregon State University. He holds Series 63, 27, 24, 7 and other securities licenses, and has served with financial advisory firms such as Merrill Lynch and Kidder & Peabody.
Brian Greene
Brian Greene, JD, 43, graduated with honors from Brigham Young University with a BA in Political Science, and minors in Business, English and Psychology, followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. He has held both legal and management positions with real estate investment and development firms where his duties have ranged from directing the company’s legal affairs to managing major development projects. Subsequently Mr. Greene established his own legal practice focused on real estate transactions, construction, development, title insurance, and financing issues, before joining RealtyNet Advisors in 2005.
Tom Kocherhans
Thomas Kocherhans, 51, is a portfolio consultant and 12 year TIC investment veteran. He received his undergraduate degree in Business from Brigham Young University, and completed an MBA at Arizona State University. He has over 20 years of experience in investment portfolio management, financial analysis, and sales & Marketing. Before joining RealtyNet Advisors, he was an executive analyst at George S. May International Co in San Jose California and had worked at firms like E.F. Hutton, Piper Jaffray, and Hopwood.
Christopher Stubbs
Christopher Stubbs, MBA, 38, graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Arts and minors in Economics and Portuguese. At Utah State, Chris worked as an editor for the college of HASS and published an article on cross-cultural communication through the Purdue press. Following graduation, he began a career in International Business Development and received his MBA from Brigham young University (graduating with top honors). Since that time, Chris has spent nearly 10 years helping companies organize their operations in preparation for large-scale global expansions; and he now serves as our principal business development liaison.
