Most TIC investments are offered as securities, and a commission for their sale cannot be shared with Realtors®, Brokers, or other professionals for their efforts in marketing a property. Since our properties are sold as Real Estate, we have always paid a fair commission to Realtors® and other service professionals of between two and three percent of the actual equity invested. RealtyNet Advisors has been part of the TIC Industry for over a decade, and have succeeded by partnering with service professionals in multiple industries; compensating them fairly for their assistance.

RealtyNet can also assist you in facilitating your client’s 1031 exchange


RealtyNet has been part of the 1031 exchange industry for over a decade and recognizes that many of our clients are investing funds from a 1031 exchange. We understand that the ability of our partners manage multiple 1031 transactions is important, and can increase our pool of investors. To address that need, we recently partnered with two reputable exchange providers to offer 1031 Qualified Intermediary services to our partners and clients.

American Property Exchange, is a members-only, 1031 exchange co-operative. This co-operative allows professionals to offer 1031 exchange services without establishing their own Qualified Intermediary, and shares 40% of the gross revenue with its members.

Discount 1031 Exchange is a low cost, simple service provider of exchange services for those clients who prefer not to offer exchange services of their own.
