TIC's as Real Estate

We structure our TIC deals as Real Estate. Our properties are among the safest investments in the TIC industry. Under the co-ownership structure governing RealtyNet properties, investors own an undivided fractional interest in an entire property. They share in their portion of the net income, tax shelters, and growth, and receive a separate deed and title insurance for their percentage interest in the property. The rights of TIC owners are the same as those of a single owner.

According to independent legal council our properties are compliant with IRS Revenue Procedure 2002-22.
